Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Owdience, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Owdience is
Owdience is a platform that lets Instagram creators import their public posts into a hosted profile, collect email and push subscribers, and broadcast updates to that audience. Owdience is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
4. Acceptable use
You may only import and publish content that you own or have the rights to. You may not use Owdience to send spam, harass others, distribute malware, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.
5. Subscriber relationships
You own the subscriber list you build through Owdience. You are responsible for obtaining consent from subscribers and complying with applicable email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.). Owdience provides the delivery infrastructure; you are the sender of record.
6. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan is provided at no charge and may have feature limits. The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually as described on the pricing page. If you cancel, you retain Pro access until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by law.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that causes brief downtime. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
8. Content and data ownership
You retain ownership of all content you import. By using Owdience, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and deliver your content as necessary to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owdience is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
